Gol Gappa is one of the most popular street foods of India. The combination of crispy puri and cold spicy water is unique. There are a variety of options for other ingredients added inside that enhance the overall texture and flavor. Recently, a video of a portable Gol Gappa contraption was shared by a food vlogger on Instagram. The dispenser is basically a touchless device that serves snacks to foodies on the go. In the reel now going viral, Gurpreet Singh Tikku says that many of us have gone to a shop to enjoy Golgappa, but has any shop ever come to us?

He takes a crispy puri and proceeds to fill it with water of his choice from different spouts for the liquid, which is already prepared and filled. There were two different types of water for puris, including khatta meetha (sweet and sour) and dhania (coriander flavoured). It is written in the side note, “I have seen a Gol Gappa shop, I have also seen Gol Gappa Reddy. But I saw a mobile Gol Gappa dispenser for the first time! How did you like it? (We have seen a Gol Gappa shop, and we have also seen a Gol Gappa stall. But this is the first time we have seen a moving Gol Gappa machine! How do you like this idea?)”
