We all know and love the bright red part of a watermelon. This is what most people enjoy the most. Watermelon meat is hydrating, sweet and extremely versatile. But just separate it from slicing and serving it, here are some easy ways to enjoy meat.

1. Watermelon juice

In a blender, add chopped watermelon with black salt, some lemon juice and some mint leaves. Summer stress and serve with ice for a fresh drink.

2. Fruit chaat

Cut some watermelon meat and mix it with papaya, banana, apple, and a pinch of chaat masala and lemon juice. Eat it as a fresh snack between meals.

3. Grilled watermelon

Yes, you must have heard of Grilled Pineapple, but do you know about Grilled Watermelon? All you have to do is grill the coarse slices of watermelon lightly and sprinkle red chili powder and lemon for a smokey and delicious turn.

1. Watermelon Rind Vegetable

Just peel the hard exterior green skin and cut the white part. Put it with mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and turmeric. Finish with grated coconut for a delicious turn.

2. Pickle

Create a quick pickle by hitting a peel peel in a water peel of mustard oil, salt, chilli powder and vinegar. Let it sit for a day or two and enjoy it with hot parathas!

To make a delicious chutney of it, blend the peeling peel with coriander, green chillies, garlic and lemon juice. It makes a tangi, unique chutney that you can combine with snacks or your daily diet.
