Chef Gary Mehigan has shared his love for Indian food many times on social media. In the past, during his trips to India, he has posted several delicious updates featuring local cuisine. His culinary adventures have taken him to many corners of the country and it seems he has found a new favorite in almost every region. Even when he is not in India, he enjoys eating and cooking Indian food. Her latest Instagram post hints at her passion for flaky parathas ā a popular type of flatbread.

This isnāt the first time Chef Gary has praised Indian flatbread. Last year, he had shared a video of two vendors making and selling bun parotta at a shop in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
