Netflix sensation and art collector Shalini Pasi has gained immense popularity after hitting our screen after the brilliant life versus Bollywood wives of the reality show. I also include ghee and all Ayurvedic spices and powder. I think my lifestyle is healthy and functional for me,” said Pasi.
Due to their high fiber and low calorie content, raw foods – especially fruits and vegetables – many possible health benefits, such as better digestion, greater energy and weight loss ability. In addition, raw foods are a good source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that can improve general health and possibly reduce the possibility of developing some diseases.
When Pasi states that “Ayurvedic theory,” means that he includes ghee, Ayurvedic spices and powder in his diet. In addition, Pasci also loves fresh juice for nutrition and skin benefits. In short, she ensures that she keeps herself hydrated throughout the day by using natural detox methods such as black salt and lemon to drink and detoxify.

“I pray for about two hours a day. I work out. I dance every day for an hour. I do pilates every day for an hour. It is very disciplined. I have a schedule like a child. Otherwise, I can dance for two hours. My life is like a minute to minute.”
