Harrison Ford spoke to ET at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend and opened up about his big new role.

The great actor was also present on the occasion. San Diego Comic-Con talked about 2024 – where he was on hand to promote the highly-anticipated Marvel project – and he spoke with ET’s Ash Crosson about his extensively gamma-irradiated appearance in the recent trailer.
When asked what he thinks of fans who think he looks super hot just like the Hulk, Ford replied, “You’re not wrong.”
“I think I should stop going to the gym,” he said with a laugh.
Ford is joining the MCU as General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross – the role was played by the late William Hurt, who played the supporting military character from 2008 until his death in March 2022.

“It’s been a lot of fun,” Mackie said. “I thought Harrison would be this old grouchy, angry guy, but he’s not like that at all. He makes fun of people, he lets people make fun of him. Whenever he’s ready, he’s like, ‘Let’s shoot this shit!’ And everybody’s like, ‘Wow, Harrison’s ready to shoot!'”
Ford’s Ross is elected president in the film, and it was confirmed at Comic-Con that the Red Hulk seen in previous trailers is in fact Ross.
Captain America: Brave New World will be released in theaters on February 14, 2025. In the meantime, from the lightning Will release in theatres on 25th July 2025.
