Another Holi is a special dish Kanji. Also known as ‘Rai’s water’, Kanji is a fermented drink that adds a zing to your palate.

A classic street food, Kanji Vada makes a traditional Holi drink in many homes, especially in Rajasthan and Gujarat. 2. Gajra Kanji:
We just love this zingi, tartti and salty drinks, which have crisp carrot cubes. This drink is still special, it is the fact that it contains only three materials – gajar (preferably one), mustard seeds and salt. That’s it. 4. Dahi Kanji:

5. Beetroot Kanji:
