Soak the entire dry Kashmiri red chili in hot water for about 30 minutes. Drain them and add them to the grinder/ mixer. Peel and add garlic cloves, sugar and salt. You can use vinegar or water to mix the ingredients to make a smooth paste/ sauce. Take the mixture in a bowl and mix in the oil. Your chili garlic paste is ready. Keep in mind to store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for future use.
