To start the recipe, firstly, chop the onion thinly, apply salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water completely and fry them in oil until they turn golden brown. Keep them aside on kitchen absorbent paper. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned under marination. Keep it covered for 2 hours.
Now wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. To extract color and flavor from hot milk, dip saffron threads in hot milk. Prepare a bouquet of the mentioned whole spices in a muslin cloth.
