Crunchy, crispy father is a pleasure to eat. They are a popular snack in India, often served as a side with food. Some people also enjoy them with their evening tea. There are many delicious varieties including lentils, semolina, potatoes, and Sabdana Papad. Difference between rice papad and Elu Papad

Rice Papad is light, crisp and not very spicy. You can add spices to enhance taste. Some people use a steaming method, where the rice batsman is prepared, boiled, and then dries up in the sun. On the other hand, Aloo Papad, is made of boiled mashed potatoes and is more popular in North India.

Tips for making rice papad

Bucking for rice

Take about one liter of water and boil it. Add rice and cook for five minutes. Dry the water completely, then spread the warm rice on the exploitative towels and let it dry.

Cook your rice for papad

Heat some oil in a pan and add a handful of rice at a time. Stir continuously for cooking.

Make a good powder

Allow the rice to cool, then grind it in great powder to make rice flour. Squeeze it once or twice to ensure the same texture.

Give oil to your palms and knead the dough for about half an hour using all the oil. Divide it into small balls and roll them in thin father.

Sun Dry and Store

Dry the father in the sun and store them in an airtight container. While serving, fry them in hot oil.
