Keeping a breakup with dairy? Perhaps you have a stomach full of cheese blot, or perhaps you just want to know whether life is greenery without milk (or at least, less gas). Whatever your inspiration is, what can happen here when you say goodbye to dairy for a month.
Week 1: Withdrawal Charan
Yes, you heard me correctly- together. If you are BFF with cheese and lattes, your body may throw a small fit. Milk contains casein, a protein that achieves its opium effects, making it excessive addictive. Some cravings, crankiness and even feel the headache of the lower-grain. But don’t panic; It will not work forever.
On the plus side, blotting and digestive discomfort may begin to decrease, especially if you are lactose intolerant without realizing it. No more mysterious stomach rubs after that thing!
Week 2: Glow-up starts
Your skin may look a bit better. The dairy is connected to inflammation and acne due to its hormone levels. Eliminating this can reduce the breakout and redness, making you look a little bright.
Energy levels may also begin to stabilize. If the dairy was causing digestive crisis, removing it may mean low energy accidents and less post-lunch dull. Also, no more surprise bathroom dash!
Week 3: Your intestine says ‘Thank you’
So far, your digestive system has possibly adjusted, and you can notice low swelling, gas and discomfort. Many people find that their intestine feels “light” without dairy. If you had the first stomach issues, it could be the week when you can feel that dairy was criminals with all.
Your immune system can also get a slight boost. Since dairy can sometimes contribute to additional mucus production (hello, full nose), you can breathe yourself easier, quite literally.
Week 4: New General
So far, you are a dairy-free supporter. Your crawings for cheese can be dramatically reduced, and you have discovered some solid plant-based options. Coconut curd? Almond milk? Cashew Paneer? Whatever you say!
Your skin can be clear, your digestion may be smooth, and your energy levels may be more balanced. Some people also report, feeling less dull and focusing better.
Of course, everyone’s body reacts differently. If you feel great, you can decide to make it a long-term switch-or you can run back directly into the arms of a breeted wheel. Either way, a month without dairy is a great way to know what is the best job for your body!
