Looking forward to a hot cup of tea early in the morning is as exciting as savoring that first comforting sip. For many tea lovers, the day cannot begin without it. With the convenience of online food delivery in many Indian cities, ordering morning tea has become a popular habit. However, even a small interruption, especially with your beloved tea order, can spoil the mood. In a recent post, YouTuber Ishaan Sharma shared how Zomato’s “Pookie Chat Support” came to the rescue of a customer who faced an issue with his tea order. For those unaware, “pookie” is a trending term to describe any person, thing, or moment as cute.
Sharma posted a screenshot of an online chat with a Zomato support executive. In the screenshot, a customer named Saransh complained about jaggery missing in his tea order. The customer wrote, “I can’t drink this tea anymore. What should I do?”
The support staff immediately responded and suggested, “Sir..! I request you to have tea..! I can take the initiative to return the jaggery money.”

The customer insisted that they could not drink tea without jaggery. The following “ripe” reaction from the support staff has won hearts on the Internet.
He replied, “I know how the morning feels and how we feel without tea,” adding, “Please sir..! Just for today I request you to drink tea! I don’t want That you feel that way.” it.”
