This recipe, posted on NDTV Food’s YouTube channel, is a step-by-step tutorial for making the delicious dessert in your own kitchen. To make this recipe, you will need some sugar, water, milk, cardamom, saffron, khoya, baking soda, flour and ghee. Make sure you fry the balls in ghee until they acquire a beautiful golden-brown color. Do not overcook them. Soak gulab jamuns in syrup for 30 minutes and serve hot. If you like them cold then you can also keep them in the fridge.
