Indian cooking tips: Use the remaining rice to make creamy zafrani casserole within minutes (see recipe video)

Often bars, we are left with unconscious rice after meals, only refrigerated and used again, perhaps with a separate curry. But, if you are done with calming your appetite for plain boiled rice, you can use the same rice to bring a variety to your next food. There is always an option to change the remaining rice in biryani, casserole or fried rice. But, if you want to try to do something different this time, then this recipe is perfect for you.

This recipe is from Zalfrani Pulao. It is a creamy, milky rice dish that will give you a rich, delicious and bhogi food that you make sure to love.

Cook your remaining rice with some roasted dry fruits like raisins, almonds and cashews. Dip it in a mixture of creamy milk made of milk, cream, sugar, cardamom, ghee and butter. Do not forget to add some varieties of saffron (saffron) for a beautiful yellow color and increase the aroma and taste of traditional Indian spice.

The best thing about this vegetarian casserole is that you need nothing to pair with it (as long as you want, anyway). This is a complete meal in itself. In fact, it is so tasty that you will make it again and again. The next time you stay with unused rice, you will be happy and excited to make really a palafrani casserole. In fact, why wait for the remaining rice, this rice dish is perfectly eligible for a place in your planned menu.
