India’s new cricket Test Captain, Shubman Gill, who leads his team for the upcoming England Tour next month, follows an extremely disciplined and rigorous fitness plan, including focus on sleep and mental health as well as strength training, endurance workouts, agility drills and core exercises. The Control Board for Cricket in India, or BCCI named Shubman Gill, who played his first Test for India five years ago, as captain for a five -match series in England starting next month.
According to news reports, the 25 -year -old was named as Rohit Sharma’s successor after a meeting of the selection committee at the Cricket Board Headquarters in Mumbai. Gill will be India’s 37th Test captain.

Sukhman’s innocent fitness

Shubman is known for breaking the records in various formats of the game, because for their innocent fitness. To maintain his fitness level, Shubhman takes care of his sleep, which he believes is necessary for recovery.
