Bandra has a new Lebanese restaurant, which is located in someone other than the famous Pali mountainous region. An international food chain, Zatar W. Zit recently made his debut in India by opening an outlet in the neighborhood. This urban casual food establishment is known for its fresh salads, raps and snacks, including a series of Lebanese staples. Established in Lebanon in 1999, the brand has increased to establish presence in many countries. Currently, Zaatar W Zeit operates 26 branches in Lebanon and about 70 in other parts of the world. The food of passion has brought it to India (the same F&B group which owns the UAE and the famous restaurant in India, such as Avatara, Tresind, Carnival by Tresind, Tresind Studio, and Messon de Curry).

The Bandra outlet is sitting well and is comfortable – suitable for grabbing a quick, satisfied food. In general, the menu, part’s size and taste profile duration also appeal to those who order their food in the office. The fare is simple, massively nutritious and promises to travel well. Additionally, the purpose of the brand is to make food a chance to search for lebanese dishes beyond normal humus and fruit (yet, the crowd in the menu is a favorite). Chef Sarfraz Ahmed, Corporate Chef, Passion F&B India says, “Shavarm can be everywhere, but the Lebanese cuisine is more than that and the Zatar W Zit is to offer an experience here to offer an experience that Mumbai enjoyed Lebanese food.” “Spices are obtained directly from Lebanon, and while often considered as lighter than Indian cuisine, Lebanese food is rich in fresh vegetables, handmade bread and nutritious materials,” he underlines.

One of the signature recipes here is Zautter Mankesh – a fragrant aromatic masala mixture with a soft flatbread (the name of the restaurant means “za’atar in Arabic and olive oil”). Other mankesh varieties are also available, some of which include unique materials such as traditional levantine akkvi cheese. The flatbread section of the menu is different and provides an array of delicious topping. Classics such as a taste signature such as cizer or fattush or hallomi salad can opt for salads. Initially there is also an interesting mixture of classic cafe-style bite and niche appetizers such as halomi sticks and cheese sambusak (a charming filling with flakes fried Middle Eastern pastries). For raps, no famous chicken, spikes can revive the classic chicken, classic chicken shorma, or saujuk rap with vegetarian options such as brown -cooked Falfel. Heartier Mains Way fasting Prasad can be tasted with the prasad of the pan, including chicken shorma skillets, creamy Escelop Pasta, Golden Tauk Skilllets and Holomer Pan. Guests can combine their food with simple coffee-based drinks or cold-represented juices-the alternatives are not widespread. People searching for a sweet end can excavate in desserts like Z Kenfah, Cheesecakes, Chocolate Lava Cake, Nutela and Banana Mankesh, etc.
