You know this feeling – when you notice a small peeling skin around your nails, you keep your own business in mind. While peeling the skin around your nails is common, it is not just unpleasant to see – it can wave a flag to your body, begging for more vitamins!
Signs of deficiency
The skin around your nails (also known as the cuticle region) is sensitive and is likely to dry. During frequent hand washing, exposure to harsh chemicals, and even weather can contribute to peeling, sometimes it is a sign of something deep -such as lack of major nutrients.

What can you do?
If your cuticles are similar to a peeling onion, it is time to uplift your vitamin game. A balanced diet full of colored fruits, vegetables and healthy fats will be miraculous. Hydration is extremely important – drink lots of water and use a good hand cream to lock in moisture.
