A new study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine connects high consumption of ultra-developed foods for the increasing risk of initial death. An increase in such foods every 10 percent increases the mortality rate of 3 percent. Experts urge fresh, minimal processed foods and home intake by cooking at home.

A new global study has detected a connection between high diet high and early death risk in ultra-transmitted foods. According to a review published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, every 10 percent increase in consumption of ultra-managed foods corresponds to 3 percent higher risk of premature death due to any reason.
Researchers estimate that ultra-transformed foods-industrial products are made from large-scale saturated fat, pairs such as pairs and starch made from extracting ingredients-are responsible for thousands of deaths around thousands of times across the world. The United States tops the global list, with these foods more than 54 percent of the average American diet. Between 2017 and 2018, the estimated 124,000 initial deaths in the US were attributed to high diet in ultra-prosely foods.
“This indicates that policies are immediately needed with the aim of reducing the consumption of ultra-related food,” said Eduardo Nilson, lead researcher at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation in Brazil. He emphasized the importance of promoting traditional diet patterns that focus on fresh and minimum processed local foods.
Ultra-sustained foods are characterized by their use of emulsifiers, colors, tastes, and their use of additives such as taste, appearance and shelf life. Common examples include daily cold cuts such as packaged baked goods, sugars breakfast grains, ready-to-eat food and processed meat.
These foods have been linked to at least 32 health conditions, including heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, some cancer and depression.
For this analysis, researchers deposited data from eight countries – Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, United Kingdom and the United States. He found a widespread inequality in consumption: While colony had about 15 percent of the daily calories in ultra-based foods, he made more than half of the daily intake in both the US and the UK.
Researchers calculated that premature deaths are responsible for ultra-related foods, which ranged from about 4 percent to the US and UK Nilson in countries such as Columbia and Brazil, while the consumption of ultra-based food in high-age countries has increased rapidly, it is a growing public health challenge.

Ways to cut on ultra-agreed foods

Reducing dependence on ultra-transmitted foods can significantly improve health results. Here are some practical strategies:

    Cook more at home: Preparing food from scratches using fresh ingredients allows better control over what goes into your food.
  • Choose complete foods: Choose the option of natural, minimal processed foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, whole grains and lean protein.
  • Read the label carefully: Look for products with small components lists and avoid additives such as artificial colors, taste and preservatives.
  • Limit packed snacks and prepared food: snacks on chips, cookies, or frozen foods, fresh fruits, curd, or homemade options.
  • Plan food: The food scheme may reduce the temptation to grab food items with ultra-related facilities.
