I can’t start my day without a hot decoction, but I think I think about its effects when taken on an empty stomach. The rest mix of tea leaves, milk and spices is a ritual in my routine. Does drinking tea on an empty stomach cause acidity?

Tea is a powerful stimulating of gastric acid secretions. Drinking morning tea first – especially before eating can disrupt digestion by increasing stomach acidity, possibly causing inflammation or discomfort. Tea contains tannins and caffeine, which can bother both abdominal lining.
Studies show that adding milk – especially whole milk – and sugar can help reduce this acidity. Broving time can also make tea reducing tea for short periods to make a gentler on the stomach.
Tip: Does your bitter tea stick to a milk tea in the day and in the morning.

Can tea prevent iron absorption and cause fatigue?

Tea contains tannins, compounds that can interfere with iron absorption from plant-based foods such as pulses, leafy greens and nuts. Over time, low iron levels can cause fatigue, especially in individuals there is a possibility of anemia.

Adding too much sugar to your tea can relieve rest, but it can give birth to a Chinese congestion, releasing insulin. Tip: Opt for natural sweetness like honey or jaggery. Uses with light versions of tea, such as black or green tea. Pair your tea with a protein -rich snacks like peanuts or nuts. Spicy tea with cinnamon or cardamom adds natural sweetness without excess sugar.

How to drink tea without tired

Tea is not enemy, but it matters how and when to drink. By making small adjustments – reducing additional caffeine, adjusting your tea time, and being conscious of what you are doing – you can enjoy your morning tea.
Drinking hot water before the first cup of tea can help reduce acidity and improve hydration.

The next time you arrive for your cup of chai, make some small tweaks to fuel yourself for the next day.
