Eggs are one of the best sources of protein, which are filled with essential amino acids that help in making muscles, repairing tissues and promoting overall health. But can eating eggs on a large scale have the same effect as steroids? A fitness enthusiast from Tokyo, Japan, decided to detect the most extreme way, by consuming 1,000 eggs in just one month. Joseph Ana, who follows a common fitness routine, prepared to test whether eating 30 eggs a day can greatly affect their strength, muscles and overall health. His diet included omelette, egg smoothies and even raw eggs mixed with rice.

To track his progress, he combined this egg-water diet with weightlifting and closely monitored his performance in squats, deadlifts, bench presses and other lifts. The results were shocking. In just one month, the averett obtained a 6 kg muscles and increased his lifting ability to 20 kg. Despite concerns about cholesterol, their blood tests revealed unexpected conclusions. Their poor cholesterol levels barely changed, while their good cholesterol actually increased, which helped clean the harmful fat from their bloodstream. Even their triglyceride levels, which are associated with heart disease, saw a decline.

But the experiment was not without its downside. After consuming raw eggs for several days, Everett experienced digestive discomfort. He later came to know that tripsin inhibitors in raw egg whitewas were causing the issue. Once he returned to the ripe egg, the symptoms disappeared.

“As a person who eats 7-8 eggs in a day, I can say that the origin of eggs has an effect on the body. I was earlier eating eggs from the grocery store and I had dandruff, farting and conjugged I am the sinus. I am to buy my eggs from a local small scale and I am fine.

Health experts agree that eggs are a nutritious food filled with protein, vitamins and minerals. While the aquarative approach was extreme, the research supports the consumption of moderate eggs as part of a balanced diet without negatively affecting heart health.

So, do eggs actually work with steroids? This is still for debate. While the Everett is not completely convinced, he has not refused to try again in the future.
