How to make instant chilli cheese dosa | Chilli Paneer Dosa Recipe
The recipe for this instant chili cheese dosa was shared by the Instagram page @natsoverfood. Start by adding semolina (semolina), right (curd), salt and water in a large bowl. Mix well and allow the batsman to rest for about five minutes. Now, add soaked dried red chili, garlic cloves, and mix it to a smooth batsman. Add oil and baking soda, and set it apart for another five minutes. To fill, mix chopped onion, capsicum, coriander and green chillies together, mixed with grated cheese. Heat a tawa set on low-medium flame and spread the prepared dosa batsman on it. Spread some butter drizzle and spread the cheese mixture on one side. Turn off the dosa with the second half, then flip and cook on the other side. Serve hot and enjoy!
