It is closer to Maska, a classic, but with a sign of sweetness. The best part? It is ready within just 10 minutes. It makes a mouth -filled snack to enjoy with its evening cup tea.

How to make Madurai-specific to create butter toast | Ban butter toast recipe

The recipe for this was shared by Instagram page @Ohcheatday. To prepare it, hit the bun in half and spread a generous amount of butter on both sides. Top one side with coconut sugar or regular sugar, based on your priority. Close the bun with the other half and spread some more butter on the top. Sprinkle sugar again. Heat butter in a pan and keep the bun in it. Cook for a few minutes, then turn over and cook on the other side. Pour it in milk and press the bun with a spatula, so that the milk can be soaked in bread. Flip the bun and add more milk. Repeat the process, then remove from the heat. Serve hot and enjoy!
