How to make Cashew Ki Barfi I Cashew Barfi Recipe

Blend cashews and milk in a blender until smooth. Transfer the paste to a pan, add sugar, and cook on low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture into a boil, then continue stirring on medium heat until it becomes thick and starts leaving the edges of the pan, making the stability like dough. Remove from the heat and let it cool down slightly till the managerial. Roll it on an enlarged surface using an enlarged rolling pin, while it is still hot. Level to about 1/4 cm (1/8 in) thickness.
