Masaba Gupta’s food updates always grab our attention. While she’s unapologetic about her indulgences, she’s also refreshingly candid about her healthy practices. She recently posted an Instagram story to tell us what she usually eats in the morning. It was shared in reference to her “40 days postpartum,” which she discussed in another Instagram Story. He specifically shared details about his “breakfast porridge situation.” Masaba starts her day with a variety of nutritious foods. These include oats, watermelon, sunflower and pumpkin seed powder and dry roasted poppy seeds powder. These are all simmered with almond milk to make porridge – which sounds like a convenient way to get multiple nutrients in one dish.

Masaba had also recently posted about a sweet moment of joy. In the photo shared on Instagram, we saw a serving tray with a bowl of vanilla ice cream and a plate with a piece of dark chocolate cake. She captioned it, “These days I just reward myself. Highly recommended.” Full article here.
