How to get a flat stomach? Here are 6 to avoid 6 foods:

1. Sugary foods

Sugar foods such as cakes, cookies and chocolate are not a big one after 6 pm. Being high in calories, they can cause abdominal fat storage, resulting in weight gain. This change can be a bit difficult in the beginning, but once you do, not going back.

2. Heavy protein

Nutritionists also recommend avoiding heavy proteins at night. While protein is healthy, heavy versions such as red meat and curry can be difficult to digest, causing stomach issues at bedtime. Stick to light protein like chicken breast or eggs.

3. Carbonated drinks

We all know that carbonated drinks are not best for our health. When an attempt is made to get a flat stomach, it is necessary to avoid them completely, especially after 6 pm. These include soda, beer and sparkling water, which can benefit gas, swelling and fat.

4. Dairy

Srinivasan also suggests the steering clear of dairy products after 6 pm. The dairy is quite heavy on the stomach and can result in inflammation and digestive issues. Avoid milk, cheese, curd, and creams, and stick to them during the day.

5. Sophisticated carbohydrate

There is another matter to avoid sophisticated carbohydrates. Include them in your dinner, whether you are a white rice lover, pasta lover, or bread lover. Consuming them can cause insulin spikes and stubborn abdominal fat.

6. Deep fried foods

Avoid eating deeply fried foods like French fries, pakodas, kachoris and samos. Srinivasan says that these foods are high in calories and can slow metabolism, which can lead to excessive fat storage.
