Are you ready to make (read: break) yours? Come on, we’re not discouraging you in any way, but that’s really how it works guys! Now that 2024 has come to an end, almost all of us have suddenly started feeling the need to keep New Year’s resolutions that are not only strange but also impossible to fulfill. got it! We caught you smiling there! From losing 10 kg in just 10 days to traveling around the world like a boss, the list is endless. So before the vicious cycle of ‘new year, new me’ begins, give yourself a reality check because that ‘tomorrow’ will never come.
Here’s a list of typical New Year’s food resolutions that need to be broken.
1. Tomorrow From Sure! abstinence
This resolution is actually common, and one that is most likely to be broken within the first few hours of the first day of the year. You roam around the whole year as if there is no tomorrow and then on New Year’s Eve suddenly a realization dawns in your mind – start dieting from tomorrow, because you have to know! like seriously? Do you think you will do the work you couldn’t do the whole year the next day, just because it’s the beginning of a new calendar year? Brother, be realistic and get a slice of pizza instead!

2. Tomorrow From Sure! light dinner
In almost all Indian households, dinner time is the most awaited one. From butter-filled aloo paranthas to shahi paneer, the dinner table has it all. It’s almost impossible to resist those delicious dishes. However, we still make New Year’s resolutions around light dinners. First of all, why? Secondly, stop making false promises to yourself and eat another bowl of Shahi Paneer tomorrow night.
3. Tomorrow From no springtime Eat
sudden realization for Mother Of of hand Eat We know how much Indian mothers love to feed healthy, nutritious, home-cooked food to their children. Anyone who has ever stayed in a hostel knows its magic Mother OfHand Of EatBut sometimes too much of a good thing can be a little bad, right? This resolve is more likely to be broken when she starts making ghiya, tinda and tori. We know the pain brother! Hail Rajma Chawal!

4. Tomorrow From Mocktail only
This is quite hilarious. Imagine people who partied hard on the 31st (you know what we mean, right?) and finally say ,TomorrowFrom ‘Fruit juice only’ And the next moment an entire peg of beer was gulped down. Such self-control, we must say! to encourage!

5. Tomorrow From No Sweet
Come on guys, desserts are awesome! Aren’t they? It is always a better idea to eat those sweet dishes in moderation. However, cutting them out of your life is a big no-no. Sweets add happiness to life and we are sure you will not disagree. Nothing spreads New Year’s joy more than a box full of chocolate desserts! Therefore this resolution is meaningless. On that note, treat yourself to a slice of chocolate cheesecake right now!

So give your 2025 a kick-start by making resolutions that are realistic, doable, and not beyond your reach.
Best wishes to all of you for New Year 2025!
