NHS urged to release the full report in Triple Killer

NHS England has been urged to publish a complete report after a major examination of care obtained by Nottingham Triple Killer Waldo Calcaine.
Barnabi Weber and Grace OāMali-Kumar, both 19 and 65-year-old Ian Quotes were killed by Calocaine on 13 June 2023.
Independent Mental Health Homeoid Review is about to be published this week, but the PA news agency understands that the full version will be kept confidential due to ādata security law related to the patientā.
A spokesman for the families of the victims said that they believe that this full details were in the public interest to publish.

Calocaine was Sentenced to hospital order In January 2024, after being convicted in three cases of manglotter based on low responsibility, and in three cases of murder attempt.

It is believed that only the Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, which runs mental health services in the county, will have access to the entire report.
In a statement, the spokesperson who acted on behalf of the families of the victims said: āFamilies have already reached NHS England, so that they can firmly urge to publish the conclusions completely.
āHe believes that it is very high in public interest and to do so. NHS England has refused this way so far.ā
A spokesman from NHS England said: āIndependent mental health homeoid report is commissioned by NHS England and published in line with the requirements of the confidentiality and data protection law related to the patientās information.ā
