While yoga can be a powerful tool in managing stress, improving insulin sensitivity and regulating hormones, Bothra says, it is not a magical treatment. Instead, think it as a long -term support system that complements other lifestyle changes.
Myth 4: You need to practice yoga for hours
Truth: To see the result you do not need a 90 -minute intensive session. With deep breathing, you can create a noticeable difference of just 20-30 minutes per day of the correct yoga posture combined. The key is stability, not a period.
