Losing weight is never easy. This is one of the most difficult battles that anyone can fight-old habits, crawings, self-doubt, and sometimes people around you too. For the same Jain, this journey was filled with ups and downs. There were moments of frustration, at a time when they felt to leave them, and to overcome a lot of mental obstacles.
From struggling to tie his own shovel to tired after a flight of stairs, a heat knew that he could no longer ignore warning signs. At her top, friends and family taunts and comments made things even more difficult. “It was not just physical – it also took a toll mentally,” beans shared.
But the hitting rock bottom turned into a turning point. Tired of feeling tired and sad, he decided that it was time to take charge. Without any action, after months of following the posts of Fittt, a random at 1:00 pm, he finally messaged coach Yash Desai. Despite the funny hours, Yash replied with patience, heard all his worries, and made a clear, simple plan. That late night conversation marked the beginning of a life -changing journey.

What inspired to start?

“It was a mixture of things,” says set. “I wanted to look better, feeling better, and most importantly I did not want to live my life stuck in my body. I was tired of escaping and making excuses from the mirror.”

His coach assured him that he would not only lose weight, but he would promote a large -scale energy within two weeks of starting – and is true for his word, that’s exactly what happened.

Saket’s incredible change

Starting at 105 kg, the set worked continuously with fame and brought down to 75 kg in just five months. “It seems that I had lost another human being that I was taking around,” he shares.

This journey was made even more notable that it was not based on an extreme diet or decorating hours in the gym. “Plans were easy, flexible and realistic,” they say. “I never spent more than 60 minutes in the gym, and I never felt that I am doing ‘dieting’ in sad sense.”

The biggest challenges faced

Of course, the road was not smooth. The Seket had a big fight with food crawings, especially for chips and bakery objects that he loved very much. “Old habits die hard,” he believes. But with the help of fame, he learned how to manage crawings without feeling restricted. “It was not about everything cutting. It was about creating a strong mentality.”

Be inspired

To stay on the track, Seket kept a powerful reminder closed – a picture of himself on his heaviest on his phone. “Whenever I felt lazy or wooed to leave the workout, I will see it and ask myself, ‘Do you want to be it?” That one question pushed me to show me always. ,

Diet and exercise

Saket followed a diet in a quantity based on the needs of his body – eating enough protein, healthy carbs and good fats. “There was a lot of variety, and I never felt bored,” he shared. Exercise-wise, he clung to a simple plan: a combination of three gym sessions, weight and cardio a week.

But more than technical details, it was continuity and constant support from their coaches that created all differences.

Handling setback

There were also disappointing moments – such as when the scale did not move for weeks. “But I have learned that failures are normal,” says equal. “They are just a part of the journey. What are the cases not giving.”

word of Wisdom

Others advice equal to start their journey? “Be patient. Make a small start. Celebrate a small win. Don’t chase perfection – just go aim for progress every day. Find a coach that really cares and hears.”

Life after weight loss

Today, a heat feels like a completely new person – energy is bursting with confidence and positivity. “Shopping for clothes is no longer a bad dream, it is easy to climb the stairs, and most importantly I feel proud of myself. My family is also super pride.”

After turning back, he knows that the journey was difficult – but every ounce of the effort was worth it.
