Story of real -life weight loss: For 42 -year -old senior marketing professional Amarinder Singh, there was a continuous race against life sales goals and deadlines. Between customer meetings, late night office parties and frequent travel, health quietly took a backseat-until one day, it could not be ignored anymore.
Recalling Amarinder, he said, “I could not run for a mile without any eviction.” “I didn’t know how and where my health was going.” With its weight being at 105 kg, he realized that it is time to hit the stagnation and reconsider their priorities.
A turn point
Amarinder’s transformative journey began when he discovered FITTR and associated with coach Navdeep, who specifically made a plan suited to his busy lifestyle.
Amarinder says, “We never took a tough decisions.” “Instead, given other changes, we set our speed. It was not about escaping; it was about maintaining changes.”
The journey was not a quick sprint. Full of professional travel between UK and India, it took more than 3 years, family functions, and busy programs – to leaving 22 kg, bringing their weight down to a healthy 83 kg.
But the best part? He enjoyed it every.
He said, “My coach understood the need for corporate pressure and practicality as he himself came from a corporate background. This made all the differences,” he shared.
Challenges: Late night, travel and temptation
Life as a senior management professional is not a 9 -to -5 job. Amarinder had to navigate through the demands of late night, frequent flights and unexpected work.
“One of my biggest challenges didn’t know what to do while traveling – what to eat, how to stick to a plan,” they say. Thanks to his coach’s practical, habit-based approach, Amarinder learned to be ready. Whether he is doing research on already available food options or is making an alternative to moving food, there was always a notable plan in a place.
Stay inspired: trust and accountability
Asked how he was inspired during this marathon trip, Amarinder points to a word: faith.
He says, “Relying on this process and the advice of my coach has always helped me. His accountability continued me.” Regular counseling, detailed discussion, and even a simple “what is happening?” Coach Navdeep’s lesson ensured that Amarinder never felt alone on the journey.
“Whenever I slipped, my coach would remind me: If it was in your hands, you could control it. If not, the reset and restart. The words were stuck with me.”
Diet and fitness routine: no fancy gimmick
Forget the crash diet or extreme workout. Amarinder’s approach was refreshed. “The diet was overall, based on the basic foods available anywhere. No fancy goods,” they explain.
During his visit, he followed his coach’s Golden Rule -Homework. It became easy to plan food based on local options.
The exercise was equally practical. “It was never about punishing the workout. It was about continuity – what I could do was doing.”
Failures and how did they overcome them
There were failures there? Absolutely. “There were moments when I got the pressure of work better,” Amarinder considers. But every time he stumbled, it was not about guilt – it was about resetting and restarting. “The way my coach took over the failures was unprecedented. He taught me that I want to be kind to myself.”
Words of Knowledge: Fitness as a Heritage
For anyone expecting to start your own change journey, Amarinder’s heartfelt advice is: “Fitness is a legacy that you should be able to pass and live together. Make it, make it possible, and make it a lifestyle.”
He emphasizes that the goal is not just about weight loss – it is about making a permanent way to live life, whether it is busy, it doesn’t matter.
A new life: full of energy and confidence
Today, Amarinder feels 20 years younger and is working with energy and confidence. “I think I have been given a second chance,” that beams. “I feel confused about my work, I love myself more than ever, and I am firm to maintain this balance for life.”
His journey is a bright reminder that, with the right mentality, support and patience, even the most busy professionals can prioritize their health – and flourish.
