Shilpa Shetty’s Diwali ‘thali’ is a plate of pure bliss – see picture

Diwali 2024 is here and we can’t contain our excitement. From making rangoli and putting up lanterns to buying sweets and planning parties, many of us look forward to different parts of Diwali celebrations. But for food lovers, nothing beats the opportunity to enjoy a variety of sweets and snacks. Shilpa Shetty, who has always been a foodie at heart, recently hinted at what she is going to enjoy this festive season. She shared a picture of a huge thali filled with festive cheer on her Instagram stories.

The thali seems to have a good mix of sweet, salty and spicy dishes. Some of the classic Diwali sweets and savouries include karanji (gujiya), besan laddu, motichoor laddu, shankarpali, namak pare, kachori, mathri and others. There are also different dry fruits and chocolate pieces in the plate. Shilpa Shetty just added two hashtags on the picture: #happydiwali and #diwalisweets. Take a look at the screengrab below:

Shilpa Shetty never fails to give us a glimpse of her celebrations throughout the year. Earlier, he had shared a reel during Navratri 2024. She wished her followers a happy Ashtami and Navami 2024 and also shared how she celebrated the festival. In the video we can see Shilpa performing Kanjak Puja or Kanya Puja. Young girls are being served in honor of this tradition. Shilpa is seen distributing crispy puris to the sitting girls.
