Salugara Monastery
This famous monastery houses a massive 110 feet tall stupa – which was built by Tibetan Lama Kalu Rinpoche. It is also known as Tashi Homang Stupa. This Buddhist temple houses about 5 Buddhist relics and is a place of meditation and prayer. There is a popular and ancient belief about the monastery that the hills around it protect it.
Bengal Safari Park
Bengal Safari Park is located inside the forest area of the Mahananda Wildlife Safari Sanctuary.
