How to spread cheese I make homemade cheese spread recipe

1. Curry milk:
Heat full fat milk in a pan on medium flame until it becomes a little hot. Add vinegar or lemon juice and shake it slowly to milk curd, make Chenna. Stress Chenna through a muslin cloth or sieve, remove the excess water.

2. Prepare the mixture:
In a blender, add stressful Chenna, 2-3 tablespoons milk, butter and salt. In a small bowl, mix the ano with some water until it is fasted. Once the fizz is organized, add it to the blender mixture.

3. Mix to lubricate:
Blend everything until you get a smooth, creamy paste.

4. Cook the mixture:
Transfer the mixture to a pan and cook on low flame, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture is shiny and stretched.

5. Set and serve:
Transfer the cheese spread in an airtight container. Cold for some time to set. Sprinkle with chili flakes and herbs before serving.
