The change of Shobanth was not fuel by superfoods or six-pack ambitions. It was about recovering their confidence, their energy, and self-values ​​that were buried for a long time and late night rest.

For 13 years, Shobanth S never felt confident in his body, tired of his size painfully, tired of old digestive issues, and quietly disappeared behind the camera lens and oversize T-shirts. For him, the mirror was not a friend; It was a cruel truth. And gym? Well, it was more than a subscription service than a lifestyle.
But all this changed with a conversation on 15 August 2024. Shobanth, 30, which works in American Healthcare and it was not new to the gym scene. But real stability? He remained absent. His knee pain determines every decision, workouts were chosen more than expected than science, and they were confused and constipated after a craze diet.
His coaches and guides, Aslam performed magic according to Shobanth, in Fittr. “I never had a plan that really makes sense to my body,” they say. “For once, I was not guessing. I had a roadmap.” He joined TC22, a change program, and there was nothing less than extraordinary after that.
The number tells only half the story
Starting from 95 kg, Shobanth now weighs a lean 63.5 kg with an impressive 8.5 percent body fat.
Once a man could not stand for 15 minutes without pain, now watches in midnight cardio sessions. The working night shift did not stop him; Neither the emotional rollercoster to see injuries, crawings, or slow progress in the early days. “Inspiration was incredible,” he says. “So I stopped waiting for it. I made habits instead.”
With a habit tracker and an accountability system, he committed five strength training sessions a week, daily step goals and smart, flexible nutrition. No starvation, no smoothie, and certainly no stress is eating. His food was practical, satisfactory, and even topical remedies – because now and then what is life without a little biryani?
Real failures
Of course, there were failures in travel. Fatigue, mental blocks and self-sufficiency often knocked. But Shobanth did not give up; He was tired of hiding. “The fight was never actually with food or exercise. It was with my mindset.”
Conversion
And now? He is a boy in pictures. Step on a platform for a physique shoot. To help others do so, study for an INFS Diploma.
Lesson
Do not chase the gimmick. Do not trust “starting Monday”. Find someone who knows what they are doing, committed to boring basics, and keep showing, especially when you don’t feel so. Shobanth sang it perfectly: “It was not just weight loss. It was taking back my life. And the best part? I am just starting.”
