She says, “There was nothing.” “All this is in mind making smart choices and what your body needs.” Harshada also had the “refade” days during his menstrual cycle, which helped to curb her craving.
Failures and how he controlled them
No change journey is without its failures. Harshada admits that it was difficult to live continuously in the beginning. “There were days when I felt that I was not progressing,” she confesses. It is common to feel that you are not moving forward, especially when the results are not immediate. But Dimple was always to remind Harshada of his ‘why’ and to keep him focused on a big picture. “She never gives me down,” says Harshada.
Advice for others: Don’t give up, find support
Harshada’s message is simple for anyone who thinks about starting a weight loss journey: don’t give up. “Find a coach that understands your journey,” she advises. For that, coach Dimple provided the structure and support that it was necessary to stay on the track. Harshada learned that it is not right to lose weight; It is about showing every day, even when it is difficult.
Life after change
Since reaching the goals of weight loss, Harshada’s life has changed in more than one way. “I confident, more current, and more me,” she says. His change was not just about looking different; It was about feeling different. She says, “This journey helped me join the strong, competent woman again, which I was always.”
