Bhagayashree has recently posted a Tori recipe that requires only 5 major materials. Light and flavorful, the dish can be enjoyed warm or cool.

During summer, many of us struggle with loss of hunger. Summer craves light and satisfactory food instead of people with too much spices or fat. Keeping this in mind, Bhagyashree recently shared a summer-specific recipe on her Instagram handle. In the caption, she revealed that she rely more on salad this season. “I try different tastes every day, but salads are my go-to meals in summer, because anything is very hot to eat,” she wrote. Accordingly, the dish she introduced in her reel is “something that you can warm or cool.”

She explains that this quick and healthy dish requires only 5 main ingredients: curry leaves, chillies, peanuts, lime juice and zucchini. She starts by heating a little oil in a pan. For this, she adds two chopped green chillies and curry leaves. She creates a taste by adding hinges (asafoetida), crushed/powder peanuts and chili flakes. Finally, he adds chopped tori to the pan. After adding salt to taste, she mixes and mixes all ingredients well. After transferring the dish to a plate, she squeezes lemon juice on top. She concludes by mentioning that it is a low calorie preparation that can keep you saturated for a long time. Watch the full video below:
