Cakes have become synonymous with the festive season. Be it Christmas or New Year, no celebration is complete without this delicious sweet. If yes, then get ready for this viral video showcasing the process of preparing this delicious dish. The clip posted on Instagram page ‘@kam.alesh98’ shows two bakers preparing the sweets. It starts with adding large chunks of butter to a large pan. One of the bakers started mixing butter with his bare hands without wearing gloves.

Next, copious amounts of sugar are added to the mixture, followed by dozens of eggs. After thorough mixing, raisins and peanuts are added to complete the preparation. Next, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder are added to the mixture, followed by a variety of dried fruits including cashews, red berries and blueberries. Mixing continues until a thick, uniform consistency is obtained. In the final step, the baker pours the dough over the entire pan. He again takes out the sticky mixture using his bare, non-gloved hands and transfers it into small containers. These containers are then arranged on a tray and placed inside the oven. And just like this the fruit cake is ready.
