Celebrity photographer Amit Khanna has changed his life, since he was a child, he had changed after beating that sick obesity. At the age of 10, weighing more than 200 kg, Khanna, now at the age of 40, is the most healthy and most appropriate version of its own in life. According to Khanna, he could never be involved in activities such as playing sports, cycling, or running like his friends due to his excessive weight. But something changed for that.
Even he resorted to craze diet, weight loss surgery and even starvation to lose weight, but nothing was permanent, as it all came back.
Amit had four times Covid-19 due to obesity
During the Kovid -19 epidemic, Khanna said that he received a coronvirus infection at least four times, as his immunity was super lower due to obesity. How did Amit lose weight to change his life?
While the continuous increasing weight was taking a toll on Amit’s physical and mental health, his irregular work time and schedule were added only to crisis.
He then decided to change his life seriously by signing up with a health coach, which focused on fitness and diet. Amit had to follow a calorie-define diet, as well as to ensure that his step count in a day was meant to take the stairs to go up and down over the building.
Despite a lot of hard work, Amit did to lose weight, he says he found it worth it. “I was eating my heart content, and the workout never felt like a challenge,” he said.
