Will you try the kulcha with cheese and bhaji? A viral video of Guwahati reflects this unique street food twist.

Street food is known for its bold, salty and spicy tastes that pack a punch with every bite. In favorite favorite such as Golgappa, Momos and Vada Pav, Kulcha holds a special place in the list of every Foody. But do you know that Guwahati has its own version of Kulcha? While North India usually serves it with dry chol, salad, and pickle, Guwahati combined it with bhaji and a generous amount of cheese. Yes, you read that right. A video shared by an Instagram food page gives a glimpse of this unique paneer kulcha bhaji. The viral clip shows a road seller to a griddle to a griddle with butter. Then he sprinkles spices, dried fenugreek leaves and onion on bread before topping with cheese, boiled corn and fresh coriander.

After installing it aside, the seller prepares the spice for Bhaji. He calms the onion with dry fenugreek leaves, butter, ketchup and green chutney before mixing it with Bhoji and Paneer. The video of this unique recipe received a thumb from Instagram users. Many reported how different the dish looks, with many dropping heart-e-emojis in the comment section.
