Yoga teacher snigdha bharadwaj shares a special infected water recipe that will keep you hydrated through hot weather and will also help in issues like swelling, immunity and more. In a video shared on Instagram, Snigdha also shared the benefits of adding poppy seeds or wativers roots and Gond Katira in its water. Just add these two ingredients to 1 liter of water and drink this drink throughout the day, whenever you feel thirsty. There is no need to start from scratch every time, just keep refilling your container with water. Make a fresh batch the next day.
