An X user’s post claimed that he was “scam” by the same restaurant thrice, while ordering Zamato, while ordering online food. The X user (@moni848202) asked the company to see this clearly repeated problem on this social media platform. The user wrote, “It is a complaint that yesterday I got a scam by a restaurant three times. How can it happen again and again, man? And I have not received any response from your team. Ordered, but I did not get all the items. “

In the photo, we see that the order included a tawa roti, a vegetarian rice and a cheese rolls. The name of the restaurant is not seen in the screenshot. The X user claimed, “The bread was missing from the order, and I cannot even talk to your executive. It happened three times @zomatocare. Do I uninstall your app because the same process is repeating, or you Can you do something? ” In a picture attached to the post on the same thread, we see a closed foil container box and a food item wrapped in foil (possibly rolls). They have almost empty plastic bag, and inside it has a curry/gravy.

On the same day, Zomato’s official handle of customer aid handle responded to the post on X. He wrote, “Hey Moni, we fully understand how disappointing to get an incomplete order. We are committed to make you this right. Please give us some time to look at it, and we soon He would return with an update. “The next day, he shared another update in the comments below the post. He said, “Hi Moni, your concern is solved on a call. If you need any other help, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your patience!”
