From battling childhood obesity to ultimately finding a sustainable approach to a healthy life, Cherryâs story is about perseverance, emotional growth, and learning how to deal with setbacks.
âMy struggle with morbid obesity has been a long-term affair,â Cherry shared, adding that even as a child, she was always heavier than her peers, which made her feel different. But how? âI always felt like I didnât belong there and wished I could make a change, but it felt impossible,â she shares.

Although he lost some weight here and there, due to lack of consistency his weight always went back up. However, a breakthrough came in 2018 when he lost 25 kg in eight months, but due to changes in his personal life, he regained the weight he had worked so hard to lose.
The maximum weight of cherries in 2022 was 120 kg. Determined not to give up this time, she decided to embark on a new journey towards change. âWhat changed was that I finally realized this was going to be a lifetime endeavor, and I couldnât give up on myself anymore,â she said.
