How to make Green Garlic Tandoori Roti | Green Garlic Tandoori Roti Recipe
It is very easy to make green garlic tandoori roti at home. This recipe was shared by content creator @saltinall on Instagram. To make it:
1. Prepare the dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with salt, eno, grated white part of green garlic and chopped green garlic. Add curd, oil and water little by little and knead a soft dough. Pour some oil over it, cover and let it rest.
2. Make rotis
After 30 minutes, knead the dough again until it becomes soft. Divide into small balls. Meanwhile, place an open cooker base to heat on the gas stove. Roll out regular sized rotis and make sure they are a little thick. – Apply a little water on one side and stick it to the side of the cooker. Repeat with all the rotis. Once you start seeing bubbles, turn the cooker on the stove and wait until it turns brown.
3. Garnish and serve
When the rotis turn brown and cooked, take them out in a plate. Drizzle butter or ghee over them and enjoy!
