1. Prepare pasta and vegies
Start by cutting red bell chili, onion, tomato, coriander leaves and avocado. Grill a corn cob, remove the kernels and then place them aside. Meanwhile, cook the pasta till 70 percent cook.
2. Prepare dressing
In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies, grated garlic and a dash of salt. Mix until it is smooth and delicious.
3. Mix material
Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients – cooked pasta, chopped veszy, grilled corn and avocado. Add dressing to the material and mix everything well.
