Golden Temple
On Diwali, the Golden Temple sparkles with golden light reflected in the water. If you are not a fan of the festival, just visit the place for its sacred and light atmosphere. There are already candles, lanterns, lamps along with the golden monument. Whoever comes here in the Golden Temple is given free food. The community kitchen of the temple welcomes and serves everyone with prasad and food.

Akal Takht
Akal Takht is situated in front of the Golden Temple. This is the highest political institution of the Sikhs. There are total five Takhts in Punjab and this is one of them.
Durgiana Temple
Durgiana Temple is said to be the Hindu version of the Golden Temple. Durgiana Temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. It is decorated with lamps and candles for the festival and is worth a visit.

Tarn Taran Sahib
Tarn Taran Sahib is located in Tarn Taran district. It is 22 km from Amritsar. Established by the 5th Sikh Guru, Arjan Dev, the architecture of Tarn Taran Sahib is in the Mughal style. For Diwali, this place is lit up with lamps and is a must-see.
