Another day, another amazing recipe from Bhagyashree’s culinary diaries. The actress has shared a delicious dish to enjoy the monsoon season. While everyone is drawn towards tea and rainy days, Bhagyashree has come up with a healthy alternative, ragi chilla, that will make your tummy happy. She has also shared the step-by-step guide for the recipe on Instagram. “Hungry? Let’s have a look at a healthy snack today,” read her caption. Read on.

First, we have listed the ingredients:
- Ragi Flour
- Rice flour
- turmeric powder
- chilli powder
- coriander powder
- Mint Powder
- Fennel seeds
- Cumin
- Salt
- Mint
- Curd
- Green chilly
- Cabbage
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Tomato
- Oil
- Paneer/Cheese
Now, take a look at the steps:
- Firstly, mix two spoons of rice flour with ragi flour.
- Next, add the usual spices – turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and salt – to the bowl. Mix the ingredients to make a thick paste.
- Now add two spoons of curd, green chilli, cabbage, onion, capsicum and tomato to the batter and mix well.
- Now, start cooking. Heat a non-stick pan and brush ghee/oil on it. Tip: Do a drop test to check the heat intensity of the pan.
- Spread the mixture on the pan and cover it with a lid. Slide it from the sides and let it cook.
- Garnish it with cheese before serving and your meal is ready.
