Let’s talk about why your eyes are coming out and more importantly how to fix it!
Why are your eyes out?
Endless Screen Time-Chance You are clinging to a laptop, scrolling through PDF on a tablet, or highlighting e-books, the screen exposes your eyes in blue lights, reduces blink rates and dryness.
Stray competitions (with their notes) – Intensive focus reduces blinking, which means low lubrication for your eyes, drought and irritated them.
Stress and sleep nights – high stress levels can lead to involuntary eyes twitch (myochemia) and stress headache. Lack of sleep only makes things worse.
Poor light and asana – studying in dim light or sitting very close to a bright screen can force your eyes to work overtime, which can cause stress and discomfort.
Easy improvement to save your eyes
20-20-20 Rules-In every 20 minutes, see something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
Like a blink you mean – consciously remind yourself to blink more often, especially when staring on the screen. Artificial tears can also help keep dryness in the bay.
Limit blue light exposure-Use Blue-Light Filtering Glass or enable night mode on your equipment to reduce eye stress.
Hydration and nutrition-omega-3-rich foods (eg salmon and flaxids) and lots of water keep your eyes well and moist.
Adjust your study setup – ensure proper light, sit a hand length from your screen, and keep it slightly below the eye level to reduce stress.
Hold those ZZZ-your eyes are cured while sleeping, so aim at least 7-8 hours of rest to avoid looking like a sleeping race.
