1. Italian bread
Give your desi rotis and Italian spin with chili flakes, parsley leaf and fresh herbs. Add these ingredients to your atta flour. Take a small ball shape, roll, and cook on a tawa (pan). Leave desi ghee and choose olive oil to make this flavor bread. You can also add something grated cheese to the top to the added nut-cream taste.
2. Pink heart bread

Add beet puree to your Etah and knead it in pink colored flour. Now, roll the dough and use a knife, keep it in the shape of the heart. Cook on both sides and serve with love.
3. Multicolor
Similar to pink bread, you can also make multicol bread by adding various natural colors to your flour, such as beet for pink/purple, blue pea flower powder for blue, spinach puree for green and turmeric for yellow.
