In the picture, Vicky Kaushal enjoyed a plate of this delicious meal that had plain yellow dal spread on the crunchy dish and topped with sira pyaaz (pickled onions) pieces. A drizzle of green chutney was like the cherry on the cake. âOops. This is dal pakwan,â Vicky wrote. He thanked his friend Sidhika Lilani for preparing this delicious dish.
