At the end of 2023, Sushmita Gautam weighed 129 kg. While she had tried to lose weight several times in the past, she was inconsistent and whatever she used to lose weight, she regains it. On her Instagram handle, she revealed that she eats anything due to eating or stress habit, sharing her photos and videos. In 2024, he committed a strict weight loss trip and made a remarkable change, lost 50 kg in a year.

Lose weight secret? New diet

In the video, Sushmita shared that she achieved this tremendous weight loss by only changing her daily lifestyle. He added a lot of cheese to his daily diet and focused on eating home-ripe food. Here are some dishes that he ate:

1. Spinach soup
2. Cauliflower and Cheese Vegetable
3. Dahi Tadka
4. Paneer and Shimla Chilli Stear Fry
5. Paneer Tikka Masala
6. Brinjal pizza
7. Tightened cheese bread with vegies
8. Malai Pyaarj Paneer

Health benefits after weight loss

After losing extra weight, Sushmita shared that many of her medical issues also improved, including PCOD, thyroid, cervix (neck/spinal pain), difficulty in breathing and pigmentation.
Given her weight loss journey, Sushmita says that she is happy to embrace her fitter self and guides other people who also want to achieve healthy weight loss.
