Chia seeds have recently become popular as a superfood. Essential vitamins and minerals are known to be rich in, they have become a favorite option among fitness enthusiasts who are trying to eat healthy. Recently, a video of a food vlogger making chia seed bread went viral on Instagram. The woman took inspiration from another video and tried to make unique dishes at home. He started soaking 4 tablespoons of chia seeds in water for half an hour. Subsequently, Vlogger heated a pan and added chia seeds. After giving the mixture a circular shape, he flipped to cook it from both sides. Then, he added some slices of banana to it. For the final touch, he added Grenola to the bread and cut a one. Food Vlogger described it as soft and jiggle in the texture, but walnuts in taste. In her decision, she says that she likes the dish.
